Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts on a monthly basis to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the budgeting process by gathering data and analyzing variances to help guide financial decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, establishing a strong foundational knowledge.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a finance or accounting role, demonstrating practical skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software packages (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations, ensuring compliance in all tasks.

  • Driving license added value.
