Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Accountant specializing in Hosting Invoice Support, you will play a pivotal role in the finance department by assisting with various accounting tasks and providing extensive support related to hosting invoicing processes. Your role will require you to manage and execute routine financial operations, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory guidelines. You will be expected to collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing hosting invoices on a monthly basis.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data, correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate with hosting providers to resolve invoice-related queries efficiently.
- Maintain thorough records of all invoice transactions and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and accounting principles in invoicing.
- Generate detailed financial reports related to hosting costs and expenses monthly.
- Support the accounting team in quarterly and annual financial audits and reviews.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize invoicing operations.
- Liaise with customer service to address any invoicing complaints or issues.
- Provide administrative support for the finance team related to hosting services.
- Participate in regular meetings to update management on invoicing statuses.
- Ensure all invoicing documentation is accurately filed and easily retrievable.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience with invoicing focus required.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in managing financial data.
- Strong communication skills required to interact effectively with external providers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
