Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements by reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Support accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, follow-ups, and ensuring timely collections.
Contribute to the budgeting process and assist in variance analysis.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding passes, registrations, and documentation to support smooth project execution.
Assist with VAT documentation and compliance as required.
Support audits and financial reporting when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in construction / warehouse / trading industry will be an added advantage.
