Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
Provide administrative support for the Sales/Downstream Transport team
Ensure the preparation of store tours
Verify that travel arrangements have been validated by the carriers.
Verify the accuracy of the data against the schedules.
Send the delivery schedule to the stores
Update spot returns and rentals
To act as a liaison between the transport provider and the stores for the frozen food flow

Desired Candidate Profile

Higher education diploma
Advanced French (minimum B2)
Basic Excel skills
Software used: SAP, TMS
Prior experience in a similar role is not required
Planning and organizational skills / Respect for deadlines
Time management / Ability to prioritize activities
Attention to detail / Rigor.
