Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide administrative support for the Sales/Downstream Transport team

  • Ensure the preparation of store tours

  • Verify that travel arrangements have been validated by the carriers.

  • Verify the accuracy of the data against the schedules.

  • Send the delivery schedule to the stores

  • Update spot returns and rentals

  • To act as a liaison between the transport provider and the stores for the frozen food flow
