ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IN QUANTUM COMPUTING University of Sharjah

The Department of Applied Physics and Astronomy invites applications for a visiting faculty position at the rank of Assistant/ Associate Professor in Quantum Computing, commencing in Fall 2026/2027.

To deliver high-quality instruction in Quantum Computing and Quantum Physics at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, fostering students' understanding of fundamentals of quantum physics and quantum computing and relevant technologies. The position also involves developing innovative course content, supervising research projects, and contributing to the academic mission of the department through scholarly research and interdisciplinary collaboration.
