Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing beverages

  • Support the bartender during service operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

  • Ensure bar supplies, garnishes, and stock are well prepared and replenished

  • Collect and clean glassware and bar equipment

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
