Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for deliveries of items with the coordination of all warehouses & branches.
Coordination with accounting department about the customer statement before sending the driver to delivery. (cash)
Coordinating with the appointed showroom VM with the displaying of items in the showroom.
Assisting sales while closing deals (delivery date, stock and discounts) if necessary.
Checking on discount reports sent to accounting department.
Checking new item arrivals to order and display it in showroom.
Preparing showroom based on seasonal occasions.
Sending daily reports based on items installed in showroom & delivered from showroom.
Helps the branch manager in evaluating employee performance and identifying hiring and training needs
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
Following up with customers that still didn t receive their items (pending deliveries).
Provide support when needed for all members (sales + cashier + manager).
Assist BM in all tasks, and act as BM in case of any absence.

The perfect candidate should be able to supervise employees during day-to-day tasks, provide customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
