Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Assist in driving retail and wholesale sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain good relationships with wholesale clients and seek new business opportunities.
Operations & Inventory:
- Oversee product display and cleanliness of the shop.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for restocking.
- Leads physical counts.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of charcoal products.
Team Supervision:
- Assist in managing and in sales for supporting the staff schedule (day off) .
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Motivate the team to meet performance and sales goals.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Handle basic cash register duties and support inventory audits.
- Support implementation of promotions and pricing strategies.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure branch compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably in charcoal, FMCG, or hardware.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and POS software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Management is a plus.
