Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive growth, awareness, and positioning of the cosmetic product lines.
  • Extensive experience in market and commercial analysis to drive brand expansion.
  • Ensuring the brand's visual identity, voice, and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of the brand's strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans to meet clients' objectives.
  • Innovate new strategies to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role/in cosmetics , Female Candidates Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong academic record.
