Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales to execute POSM strategies and in-store promotions.
Assist in digital campaigns, media planning, and optimizing ad performance.
Support PR initiatives, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
Work with sales, agencies, and internal teams to align on brand goals and deliver results.
Track consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 2 5 years in FMCG brand management.
Skills:
Strong digital marketing knowledge.
Experience with POSMs and in-store promotions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to track performance.
