Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures delivery of the products/ services/ packaging in agreed upon timeline
- Creates timelines and manages NPD meetings with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Manages agencies and internal stakeholders for timely and quality delivery of all marketing campaigns and activities ensuring flawless execution (A-Z responsibility)
- Monthly monitoring of Marketing Budget
- Monitoring and analyzing performance, reviews and sales while providing recommendations on how to improve
- Tracks and Monitors Competition on a monthly basis (pricing activities- launches)
- Conducts Monthly Market Visits for Caf branches as well as competition and reports findings and recommendations
- Conducts internal researches to understand Gen Z and Young Gen Y consumer targets, their aspirations, needs and behaviors
- Attends monthly and Quarterly Photoshoots
- Performs other duties as requested
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years Experience
- BA in Marketing and/ or Communication, preferably AUC or GUC Graduate
- Experience in FMCG and Caf Business
- Experience in Managing ATL, BTL & Digital Media Campaigns (BTL & Digital is a must)
- Experience in managing photoshoots (still & videos)
- Digital Savviness & updated with digital trends
- Strategic Thinking & ability to think ahead
- Analytical skills
- Multi-tasking
- Discipline, planning and organization skills
