Roles & Responsibilities

1. Know-How Section

Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior, marketing communications, and trade marketing.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, campaign execution, and basic marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with consumer goods, durable goods, or related industries.

Managerial Skills

  • Strong planning and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and follow-up.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

2. Problem-Solving Section

  • Analyze fragmented market and campaign data to support decision-making.
  • Address execution challenges related to timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Balance brand consistency with sales and trade requirements.
  • Adapt marketing activities based on market feedback and performance results.

3. Accountability Section

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, trade marketing activities, and campaign rollouts.
  • Assist in defining brand messaging, packaging updates, and communication materials.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Coordinate with advertising, media, digital, and research agencies on execution.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment at point of sale.
  • Track brand KPIs such as awareness, campaign performance, sales support impact, and ROI.
  • Support marketing budget tracking and invoice follow-up.
  • Contribute to product innovation and renovation initiatives with R&D and Commercial teams
