Hiring for a Leading Hospital in Qatar
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of one of Qatar s leading hospitals in the Healthcare Industry for a senior leadership role. We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join the executive leadership team.
Position: Assistant CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in strategic planning, hospital operations, and organisational leadership
Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure clinical, operational, and financial excellence
Drive performance improvement initiatives across departments
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to enhance patient care quality
Lead change management initiatives and support hospital growth strategies
Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and risk management activities
Requirements (Core):
Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred)
Minimum 8 15 years of leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare organisation
Strong background in hospital operations and healthcare administration
Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in GCC healthcare systems is highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
