Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties Leadership

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and producing desserts and pastries.

Follow recipes and maintain high quality and presentation standards.

Support factory or kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Help manage ingredients, inventory, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience supporting chefs in pastry or dessert kitchens.

Basic knowledge of Western desserts, pastries, and bakery operations.

Ability to work effectively in a in a pastry production or factory environment.

Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
