Job Overview:

The Assistant Chief Accountant will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and audits.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Reconcile accounts and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and accuracy.

• Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial risk management.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
