About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to join the resort s Concierge team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations.
  • Supervise and mentor concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence.
  • Handle complex guest requests, including transportation, reservations, and special arrangements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and service providers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between guests and internal departments.
  • Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvements.
  • Support the Chief Concierge in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.
  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Step in as acting Chief Concierge during absences or peak periods.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • May involve standing for extended periods and handling guest luggage or packages.
  • Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
