Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Manage customer calls, emails and requests.
  • Update the customer database and the CRM.
  • Track deliveries and ensure coordination with logistics.
  • Good mastery of computer tools, especially Office Suite (Excel) and the Google environment.
  • Very organized and rigorous.
  • Ability to monitor and process multiple files simultaneously.
  • Meticulous classification of archives.
  • Good knowledge of accounting.
  • Invoice management and customer payment tracking.
  • Digital prospecting for new clients.
  • comfortable with new technologies, especially AI assistants.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • My perfect command of French (required).
  • University or technical degree in accounting, management, administration or other technical field.
  • Professional experience would be an asset.
  • Living in Blida or the surrounding area.
