Roles & Responsibilities

Description

  Manage the administrative and commercial follow-up of client and prospect files.

  Prepare sales proposals, quotes and contracts.

  Ensure the updating and management of customer databases (CRM, Excel, etc.).

  Participate in the preparation of presentations and sales materials (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

  Coordinate internal and external communication: emails, calls, meetings, events.

  Collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  Participate in market intelligence and activity reporting.

  Contribute to promoting the innovative and dynamic image of the company.


Missions

  Excellent command of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  Good writing, summarizing and professional communication skills.

  Skills in business presentation and document layout.

  Rigorous organization, autonomy and a sense of priorities.

  A taste for new technologies and the digital environment.

  Knowledge of the workings of an engineering or technical company (an advantage).
