Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Under Consultant supervision, participates in the care for the patients in PICU.
  • Prepares and participates in the daily routines in the unit.
  • Provides hospital wide consultations under the supervision of the attending Consultant Pediatric Intensivist.
  • Shares the on-call duty for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as per department policy.
  • Participates in regular Department and/or PICU educational activities.
  • Participates in research project within the department
  • Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
  • Performing other appropriate tasks and duties as directed by the Department Chairman, Section Head of PICU or Consultant.

Arabic Language Preferred / Beneficial

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Obtained Bachelor Degree and/or graduate of a recognized medical school with good standing.

2. Post graduate certificate in pediatrics that allows him to be classified as Pediatric Senior registrar in the Saudi Commission for health specialties.

3. Valid Professional license of Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as Pediatric Senior Registrar

Work Experience

1. Must have clinical experience in Pediatric Intensive Care. of atleast 2 current years'
