Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, identifying potential risks and proactively proposing solutions to mitigate them.
- Support the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract database, ensuring all documents are properly filed, tracked, and easily accessible.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or similar is a plus.
