Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
 - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects in alignment with company objectives.
 - Support senior coordinators and managers in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project milestones.
 - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to relay information and resolve issues promptly.
 - Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to ongoing projects and administrative processes.
 - Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
 - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and meeting agendas as required.
 - Facilitate the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring resource availability.
 - Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
 - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role.
 - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
 - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
 - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
 - Experience supporting projects or operations in a technical or industrial sector is an advantage.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
 - Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and company needs.
