Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects in alignment with company objectives.
  • Support senior coordinators and managers in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to relay information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to ongoing projects and administrative processes.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Facilitate the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring resource availability.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience supporting projects or operations in a technical or industrial sector is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and company needs.
