Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

o Contributing to preparation of Country / Bank Review credit proposals by formulating country/bank FI business strategy and identifying key risks and mitigants.

o Preparation of Individual transaction proposals for deal level approvals

Preparation of Briefing Notes on countries and banks

Maintain existing relationships and assist in developing new relationships

Undertake country visits with/without Country Manager for business development.

Organize, coordinate and participate in events pertaining to department

o Assist and recommend for development of policies, procedures and systems within department.

Assist the Country Managers to conclude transactions successfully

o Recommendation for introduction of new markets and services

Management of limit setting process for assigned countries and banks

Monitoring of bank's exposure to markets assigned to the Team Backing up for team members when they are travelling or on leave.

Regular review of portfolio with Risk Management

o Compilation of data and recommendation for Risk Analysis, trade approvals, limit setting and business volumes.

o Coordinate Relationship issues. (Meetings, Briefing Notes, follow up on customer issues, appointments, visits etc.)

Other GFI office functions.

o Support in departmental work in absence of Managers.

Contribute to business initiatives for GFI

Desired Candidate Profile

Age - 28 to 32 years

Graduate / Post Graduate

4-8 years banking experience, preferably as Bank/Country Analyst Computer literate - Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet, Database Able to communicate well orally and in writing Language Skills other - Native / English / Any other
