Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own and deliver the KSA new business and expansion plan for DVR, encompassing pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and successful closed-won outcomes in partnership with Sales and Account Management.

Build and execute a named-account strategy across priority client segments (e.g., banks, sovereign wealth, asset managers, insurers, corporates), identifying buying centers, use cases, and multi-product cross-sell pathways.

Lead senior client engagement, from discovery and value articulation to coordinating demonstrations/workshops, and progressing opportunities through qualification, solutioning, procurement, and close.

Develop and maintain C-suite relationships and executive sponsorship across key accounts, representing DVR credibly with market, risk, treasury, investment, valuation, and data leadership.

Coordinate One DVR solutions across product specialists and delivery teams, positioning bundles and workflow integrations that solve end-to-end client problems.

Provide critical market intelligence back to product teams, including competitor insights, client feedback, and prioritized requirements, to guide roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions for the region.

All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Required Qualifications:

An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 10+ years of relevant commercial experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting within financial services, data/analytics, fintech, or capital markets, with a proven track record of sourcing, shaping, and closing complex B2B deals.

Strong understanding of KSA and Middle East financial markets and buying dynamics, including the ability to navigate procurement, governance, and stakeholder structures.

Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken).

We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Executive presence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and tell a clear value story grounded in client outcomes, articulating complex ideas across functions and levels both internally and externally.

A collaborative approach, working beyond team boundaries to unlock issues and agree on solutions while actively fostering inclusivity and building trust.

Proactive in seeking out new information to broaden perspective, generate new ideas, and apply data to drive thinking, thereby creating innovative solutions with a long-term perspective.

Demonstrates strong prioritization and accountability, effectively managing risks and adapting to changing circumstances to maximize opportunities and make difficult decisions.

*Please note: This role is open to KSA nationals only.
