The Role of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage:

This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work of both employees and managers to ensure smooth operations. Our Ideal Assistant Director of Food & Beverage:

We are looking for an experienced professional with 2 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel and fluency in Arabic and English. The position requires strong leadership skills to select, train, evaluate, motivate, and coach employees and managers across multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring cultural and core standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control, while driving creative revenue solutions to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence in operations, build lasting relationships with guests, and collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design menus that deliver exceptional quality. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors while upholding company standards of conduct.
