Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage slot floor operations, ensuring machines are functioning properly and downtime is minimized.

  • Monitor slot performance metrics, including revenue, occupancy, and player engagement

  • Coordinate with slot technicians to schedule preventive maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Manage slot related projects including slot floor layout changes, relocations, and new machine installations.

  • Conduct regular team briefings to communicate operational priorities, promotions, and compliance updates.

  • Oversee audits and reviews to ensure adherence to Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), GCGRA requirements, and internal policies.

  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal audit requirements.

  • Recommend upgrades or new machine acquisitions based on market trends and player demand.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure slot systems integrate seamlessly with casino management software.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 10 years of gaming experience in slot operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.

  • Strong knowledge of slot machine functionality, compliance standards, and operational best practices.

  • Proven leadership and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and slot management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
