Roles & Responsibilities
Own & deliver P&L targets for construction projects
Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance; take corrective actions
Lead and manage Project Heads and cross-functional teams
Ensure timely project execution with quality and safety standards

Required Candidate profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (MBA / PMP preferred)
10 20 years of exp in civil/construction projects
Strong exposure to P&L management in construction businesses
