Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for controlling the product quality of the assigned workshop; undertake the quality indicators of the assigned process; handle process abnormalities and maintain process stability.
2. Monitor the stability of various process parameters during product production in the assigned process; analyze inline and offline data trends; adjust process parameters at any time in strict accordance with SPC control requirements to ensure product stability.
3. Guide and supervise the operation of on-site employees to ensure each process is implemented in accordance with work document requirements; analyze and handle quality abnormalities of workshop products, and conduct timely summary and reporting
4. Put forward reasonable suggestions for the improvement of process operation and documents in the assigned process; be responsible for experiment tracking, data collection and analysis, and commissioning of new processes and new equipment in the assigned process.
5. Shift engineers must conduct face-to-face handover, including but not limited to production abnormalities (KPI abnormalities, inline abnormalities, etc.), equipment abnormalities, completion status of assigned tasks, matters needing attention, and experiment progress; fill in corresponding record forms or daily reports in detail in accordance with the 5W1H principle to ensure no gaps in handover.
6. Be familiar with the identification of hazard sources and environmental factors in the position; operate in strict accordance with specifications; implement various safety production responsibilities of the position and all requirements of the local safety red line; participate in and maintain quality, safety, occupational health and energy systems
7. Put forward rationalization suggestions; analyze the economic benefits of improvement projects; complete the implementation of improvement and innovation projects; analyze the authenticity and rationality of collected
8. Actively participate in collective activities organized by the department.
9. Do a good job in information transmission between superiors and subordinates, and conduct effective communication and coordination
10. Complete other work arranged by superiors
Desired Candidate Profile
Age, gender requirements: years of age and under 30
Academic, professional and educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; Graduated from photovoltaic, physics, chemistry, microelectronics, semiconductor related majors
Work experience, industry requirements : Fresh graduates with relevant practical technical work experience such as photovoltaic cells or modules are preferred.
Job knowledge requirements: Have certain professional knowledge related to photovoltaic cells and understand the relevant professional knowledge of quality management.
Job skill requirements: Possess experimental design skills and familiarity with basic computer operations.
Job ability and quality requirements: High execution and the ability to quickly handle field anomalies. have strong learning ability and innovation; Have a strong sense of responsibility and the principle of serious and responsible work.
