Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of engineering projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical solutions.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Assist in implementing engineering policies, procedures, and compliance.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in engineering project management or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in engineering software tools and MS Office.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
