Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring cleaning operations on designated floors and areas.

Operational Supervision: Managing and monitoring cleaning operations on floors and in designated areas, including rooms, corridors, and stairwells.

Room Inspection: Thoroughly inspecting rooms before handing them over to guests to ensure they meet hotel standards.

Team Management: Directing, training, and assigning tasks to room attendants and monitoring their performance.

Departmental Coordination: Effectively communicating with the maintenance department to address any issues and with the front desk to inform them of the status of available rooms.br> Inventory and Linen Management: Monitoring inventory levels (cleaning materials, linens), overseeing their transfer to the laundry, and ensuring their availability.

Guest Service: Handling VIP and general guest requests to ensure the highest level of service.

Reporting: Submitting daily reports on room condition, maintenance, and any security incidents.
