Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Export Director in daily operational and administrative tasks
Assist in coordinating export shipments and international client communication
Follow up with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners
Prepare and organize export-related documents and reports
Assist in market research and identifying new export opportunities
Maintain accurate records of export operations and customer data
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners
Support in scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in export, international trade, or logistics
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of export procedures is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive attitude
