Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own month-end reporting, reconciliations, general ledger and financial analysis.
Prepare high-quality financial reports, forecasts and budgets for senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements (QCB).
Manage cash flow forecasting and support weekly reviews with senior leadership.
Act as finance lead for quarterly and annual budget and forecast cycles.
Partner with local leadership teams to provide commercial and financial insight.
Support internal and external audits as the finance SME for Qatar.
Review contracts and rental agreements to ensure accurate accounting and payments.
Support finance projects such as VAT implementation and other initiatives.
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in financial reporting.
Coach and support junior team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Newly or recently qualified accountant.
Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge constructively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Proactive, commercially minded, and keen to grow within the finance function.
