Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager (Arabic speakers only) for a leading organization in the Exchange House industry.

What We re Looking For: Detail-oriented finance professional

Strong analytical capabilities

Hands-on experience in financial operations

Ability to work in a regulated environment

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements: 8 10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting within a QCB-regulated exchange house, bank, or financial institution

Strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance

In-depth knowledge of IFRS/IAS and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations

Experience in foreign currency transactions and liquidity management (preferred)

Professional qualification (CPA / ACCA / CA) is highly desirable

Proven leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
