Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of an organization, ensuring that financial processes are efficient and aligned with the company's objectives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departments to optimize spending and improve budget utilization.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the finance department, including staff management.

  • Support the financial planning process and recommend strategies for cost reduction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders as required.
  • Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital management to ensure optimal operation efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in finance or accounting roles is necessary.
  • Proven knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
