Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant/ Asst. Finance Manager to oversee all accounting and financial activities of a marble and trading company. The role involves full financial control, VAT compliance, and direct reporting to the owner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, inventory, payroll)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle UAE VAT return filing and ensure compliance
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Oversee inventory costing and stock valuation
Coordinate with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
Provide financial insights and reports directly to the owner
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
5–8 years of experience (trading industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT
Experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience in a Marble Trading company is a plus
