About the Role
As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will support the daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, motivating, and rewarding wellness experience. You will assist in supervising the fitness team, maintaining equipment, and delivering exceptional service.
What You Will Do
- Support the Fitness Manager in overseeing fitness operations and staff.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring service standards and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in coordinating fitness programs, classes, and personal training sessions.
- Monitor and maintain gym equipment, reporting repairs or replacements.
- Provide guidance to guests on safe and effective equipment use.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism.
