Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Amaretti is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Floor Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, caf , bakery, and catering business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house operations and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support the service team.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance follow-up.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, product presentation, and operational procedures.
- Support the achievement of sales and service targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurants, caf s, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
