Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- To consistently offer a professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Lead the restaurant outlet team in all areas and ensure that service standards are met.
- Managing customer problems and responding quickly and professionally
- Contribute to the recruitment and training of colleagues in the department.
- balancing operational and administrative needs with the needs of colleagues
- Participate in departmental meetings at regular intervals
- Optimize revenue by regularly developing strategies, practices, and promotions with the restaurant teams
- to know all restaurant menus perfectly
- Participate in the management of the department's budget
- Respect restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- Respect all hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in the restaurant industry in a management position
- Prior experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to use Microsoft Windows applications
- A university degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Particularly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
