Job Title: Assistant Foreman – Storm Water & Sewer
Company: Desert Man Transporting and Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Foreman in supervising storm water and sewer works on-site

• Coordinate workforce, equipment, and materials for daily operations

• Support installation of pipelines, manholes, catch basins, and drainage systems

• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and method statements

• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Foreman/Engineer

• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and safety standards

• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating with subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and local authority regulations

• Maintain daily reports and site records

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in storm water and sewer construction projects

• Knowledge of drainage systems, pipe laying, manholes, and related works

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality standards is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field

• UAE infrastructure project experience
