Role Purpose

The role is responsible for managing Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMOs), including sourcing, outsourcing, demand planning, and supply chain coordination. The incumbent ensures cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality adherence, timely deliveries, and strong client relationships, while supporting business growth and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Manufacturing & CMO Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and third-party manufacturers.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and capacity planning to optimize margins.

• Monitor production schedules, tech transfers, audits, and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct periodic performance reviews, risk assessments, and CMO audits.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, Regulatory, Legal, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution.

Client & Commercial Management

• Act as a key interface for clients on product specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance.

• Support new product mandates, artwork changes, and regulatory-driven modifications.

• Track receivables, debtor days, and ensure timely payment collections.

• Capture client feedback, manage post-sales engagement, and drive customer retention.
