Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth (volume & value) from existing distributors
- Appoint new distributors in untapped GCC markets
- Develop MNC, overseas distributor, and private label business
- Analyze distributor secondary sales and improve channel performance
- Manage distributor capability assessment and relationship management
- Control sales budgets and variable selling expenses
- Drive NPD launches in coordination with Export SCM
- Ensure timely dispatch, inventory control, and working capital efficiency
- Prepare AOP, sales forecasts, and distributor-wise targets
- Coach and develop junior team members
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Growth in channel sales (volume & value)
- Expansion of distributor network
- Increase in product basket size per distributor
- Improvement in inventory and working capital efficiency

Education
- MBA International Sales / Marketing (1st Division)
Experience
- 12 15 years in FMCG / Consumer Durables
- Mandatory GCC market experience

- Arabic speaking ability (added advantage)
