Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Assist and advise the CEO on all organizational, legal and regulatory matters.
- Participate in the development of the company's development policy following strategic guidelines.
- Development of management procedures for all departments of Galou Full Catering.
- Participation in the preparation and development of tender offers for calls for tender.
- Assist and advise business structures on all legal and organizational issues.
- Processing, in collaboration with the structures concerned, of the litigation (social, commercial) of Galou Full Catering.
- Work in collaboration with the central directors on all matters requiring the intervention of the assistant to the general director.
- Participation in meetings of committees set up within the company, in particular the activities coordination committee.
- Represent the CEO, if necessary, internally and externally.
- Profile
- Bac +5 social sciences, MBA, Master
- 8 years or more of experience in business management.
- Proven proficiency in managing a team of employees.
- Perfect knowledge of business management.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Arabic, French (written and spoken), English (preferred).
