ROLE SUMMARY
Malvern College Egypt is seeking to appoint a motivated and committed Assistant Head - Head of Sixth Form. This position is available from August 2026. (New staff induction week from 16 August 2026 - TBC).

At our school, we expect exceptional behaviour management, a team-based culture of collective efficacy and an unwavering commitment to engaging teaching with the proven ability to foster positive relationships and consistently inspire and motivate students. Suitable candidates will require:
- An appropriate university degree and teaching qualification
- At least 5 years experience of leading a large department or a current serving senior leader with relevant Sixth Form experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire both staff and students to achieve success.
- A passion for teaching and learning and a drive to achieve high standards for all
- To be an advocate for student wellbeing and involved in our pastoral care system
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A solid understanding and use of ICT in the classroom (familiarisation with Google Workspace is advantageous).
- To be a team player, motivated by the challenge of achieving the vision of the department and the school.
