Position Overviewbr>Six Senses The Palm Dubai is hiring an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Executive Housekeeper and lead all housekeeping operations with a strong focus on wellness, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who ensures rooms, public areas, and laundry services meet the refined expectations of a luxury wellness resort.br>
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring excellence across rooms, public areas, and laundry
• Enforce all housekeeping policies, procedures, and Six Senses brand standards
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in rejuvenating the room and public area experience
• Ensure amenities, services, and setup align with Six Senses wellness and sustainability principles
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
• Maintain knowledge of room types, layouts, facilities, and service offerings
• Ensure a secure, hygienic, and well-organized environment for guests and staff
• Manage purchasing, stock levels, and storage following sustainability guidelines
• Conduct regular stocktakes and quality assessments
• Engage proactively with guests to gather feedback and ensure exceptional service recovery
• Maintain strong communication and cooperation with all departments
• Uphold excellent grooming, safety, and hygiene standards across the housekeeping team
• Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the Executive Housekeeper

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping operations
• Strong leadership skills with visible, hands-on management style
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities
• Proven expertise in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development
• Solid financial acumen including cost control, budgeting, and report interpretation
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
• Organized, analytical, and committed to maintaining top-tier service quality
