Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Talent Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Foster Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries, help resolve workplace conflicts, and support initiatives to boost engagement and morale.
Administer Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and help ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
Ensure Legal Compliance: Maintain knowledge of employment laws, help implement HR policies, and ensure all practices meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Support HR Strategy & Operations: Manage HR data and reporting, lead departmental projects, and provide crucial operational support to the HR Manager.
