Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Participate in recruitment efforts, posting job advertisements, organizing resumes and job applications, Co-ordinate recruiting, hiring and training new employees also included. Gathering information on new applicants, contacting references and informing employees of their hiring status, Preparing new employee files. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Reporting: Compiling reports and spread sheets of HR activities , MISHR reports for the plant manning and classification files in monthly basis .
  • Budgeting, Prepare plant Manning budgets for the plant as per the Sales and operations budget & forecasts.
  • Assist to get proper answers to employee s questions, deal with investigations for any disciplinary actions.
  • Administering employee performance appraisals, employee training details, department training matrix.
  • Responsible for service contracts - Hotels, Pest control, waste disposal, HKP, Repairs etc.
  • Maintaining records and files for all types internal and external audits.
  • Serving as a point of contact with service vendors and providers.
  • Prepare plant working hours, absenteeism hours.
  • Administer and supervise employee accommodation facilities.
  • Arrange and handle company social meetings and parties.
  • Prepare and raise PAR for any major expenditures.
  • HR presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have minimum 5 years working experience in any multinational companies or corporates.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the market and ability to influence people of different levels in a professional and practical manner.

Bachelor s degree in human resources management / business administration or other relevant area or CIPD3 - SHRM-CP

Skilled in talent acquisition, development, retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, and diversity.
