Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Participation in the development of specifications required for tender documents.
Supervise the awarding of all commercial and technical contracts.
Track files through different stages of the procurement process.
Notification of contracts and amendments.
To provide assistance and support to technical and commercial departments before and after the launch of calls for tenders and/or the conclusion of contracts.
Keep up to date the register of withdrawal of specifications and register of submission of offers.
Ensure that the bid bond is released or called into question by the relevant services.
Profile
University degree in Law, Financial Science and Accounting, Management Science, Human Resource Management.
Good understanding of public and private procurement procedures.
Good writing and summarizing skills (administrative documents and persuasive arguments)
