Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assistant IT
- Assist the CTO in the day-to-day management of IT projects and information systems
- Organize and coordinate technical meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor actions.
- Manage internal and external communication for the technical department
- Participate in technological monitoring and the improvement of IT tools
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and other departments
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and the quality of IT services
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (LMD) / Bac+3 in computer science, administrative support or similar field
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally in an IT environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- High versatility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sense of confidentiality, rigor and professionalism
- Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity
- Excellent communication skills
