Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day textile and fashion operations

  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams

  • Support order processing, follow-ups, and delivery schedules

  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

  • Assist in inventory control and material tracking

  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments

  • Support quality control activities and compliance requirements

  • Handle basic office work including emails, calls, and data entry

  • Assist management with operational and administrative tasks

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned duties

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the textile or fashion industry (mandatory)

  • Graduate or Diploma holder (Textile/Fashion background preferred)

  • Good understanding of textile production and fashion workflows

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Basic to good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities

  • Honest, punctual, and responsible work attitude

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
