Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assistant
Manage the physical and telephone reception of visitors and clients.
- To manage administrative tasks: mail, emails, diaries and scheduling.
- Prepare and organize internal meetings, travel, and events.
- Drafting professional documents: reports, memos, letters.
- Track and archive administrative files and internal documents.
Good command of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in French (oral and written).
- Organization, rigor and a sense of priorities.
Position based in Cheraga, Dely Brahim, Beni Messous, Bouzareah.
