Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant


Manage the physical and telephone reception of visitors and clients.

  • To manage administrative tasks: mail, emails, diaries and scheduling.
  • Prepare and organize internal meetings, travel, and events.
  • Drafting professional documents: reports, memos, letters.
  • Track and archive administrative files and internal documents.

Good command of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office tools.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in French (oral and written).
  • Organization, rigor and a sense of priorities.

Position based in Cheraga, Dely Brahim, Beni Messous, Bouzareah.
