Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To provide telephone and in-person reception for clients and visitors.
- Manage the reception, sorting and distribution of mail.
- Perform data entry, classification and archiving tasks.
- Drafting and formatting administrative documents (letters, reports, notes).
- Organizing meetings, trips or appointments.
Good presentation and welcoming manner.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Email).
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Rigour, confidentiality and attention to detail.
